These are the Terms and Conditions (Terms) which govern your use of (1) the Colour Symphony Pte Ltd (www.coloursymphony.com) website or any of the Colour Symphony Pte Ltd (www.coloursymphony.com) branded micro sites (Site) and (2) any of the apps available for use on a Mobile Device (Site).

For the purpose of these Terms “Mobile Device” includes Smartfones or other mobile or handheld devices (such as a tablet) with an open operating system capable of exchanging data via 3G, 4G or wirelessly over a computer network (for example Apple OS iPhones, iPads, Kindle, Kindle Fire, Android OS phones tablets and Symbian OS phones and tablet devices).

 

You will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms when you use, access or browse the Site, or send us an email.
